One worst place Management (talwar brothers) and HR has got sarkari Naukri , they don't care about the doctors now u can think how they will be behaving with other staff

Nothing much, this is the worst hospital in town.

Higher Management is worst. HR is not accessible. Nobody listens to you. There is acute shortage of staff, doctors, medicine and equipments.

Lot of potential for hospital to grow but management is the bottle neck. Good place for beginners for exposure of corporate culture. Teachings for the future.

Dislikes

Very limited professional growth. Minimal goodwill and respect for employees from management side. Lack of trust and excessive interference in clinical works from management side. Need to shift focus on work culture and goodwill generation.
