We are very lucky to have such a good team on our facility but unfortunately we lost a large number of our team due to cut backs and covid , the facility is brilliant and we could not ask for a better place to work, the team knows that we are contractors and taken were decisions based on the company we contact for. Our management are approachable and honest.

Dislikes

Most of the issues have been addressed, but we should of moved earlier to secure the brownfield phase 2 extension project as the job security is a worry as the other company on site is undercutting our company. I see frustrations from the employees due to this.
