This place is the prime example of how toxic work environment can get. I have a good experience of work but here the skills and thoughts are not appreciated. Moksha creative service management are not supporting for employee because . i join as a fresher and after six month. I have an email by H.R of moksha creative service informed that next one month will be noticed period and after one month my job will null and void.

I suggest not to join this company reasons:- 1) Firing of employees in every three months without any reason. 2) Top Managment is care about his family member and there friends (who are working in the company). 3) No appraisal. 4) No growth 5) No working enviorment (forced to work extra hours without any compensation) 6) No ret ention policy of good employees, even good managers are fired. 7) No HR policy. 8) If any client goes expect firing. 9) If you are working till 11 P.M. no policy of Dinner and Cab for Employees.
