When I started working initially, I was made the employee of the month and I agreed to work there as my salary was hiked compared to the last company.

Dislikes

The company doesn't have any work ethics or policy for working 9 hours a day, the manager can extend the working time. After working for six months, when the time came for my appraisal they offered me only 5% increase in salary, though I was the senior creative designer. I had to travel to their ngo on Sundays also for videography work.

Company has no plan and forces people to work even after 9hrs office.Management is rude and nasty.No increment is given and if you dont butter management you will be scolded without reasob.I have to do personal work like shopping of owner and even on Sundays. After leaving money also not paid by them

At first I was interviewed for the post logistics executive at park street location. After I was selected for the position they move my designation from logistics associate to retail incharge without my consent and shifted me at bara bjar location. At the time of interview they told me to give proper training as I don't have experience in tally, but it wasn't happened. They arrange only on job training. They forced me to stay more than office hours even they don't have personal washroom at store. We 4-5 people manage to use pay and use toilet. There is a lot of politics and abusive languages at work the work place. They hire employees not only for official works but also manage thier household stuffs. The management doesn't address out issue. Salary was on time. But there were lot of manual work and malpractices in this organisation. I will not recommend anyone to join....Read More
