Simply waste. Salary will not credited on time. Work politics. Higher management thinks that they are correct all the time. Lots of file work will mostly be their (ISO, NAAC, NBA, AUTONOMOUS). You will leave the campus at 8:00 pm for sure during file work but the highlight is the head of the department ( like IQAC etc.) will take vacations on time because of work politics. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
