The Head of the firm is Nice and friendly, but few Staff below them are Rude, Arrogant, Sadist kind of personalities.

Some seniors are way more egoistic then there capabilities. You might get in depression from consent Taunts, Extreme Rude behavior etc. I got into depression for almost 2-3 months even after leaving the firm. i still remember that horror, and the Sad part is, that you cannot complain this to the Head of the company because those seniors are working from 6-7 years, and they are very good at polities. and Yes, the Salary is below average, and 2 year bond is mandatory.
