I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

1. Never get your salary on time. 2. Many people had been sent out overnight without giving notice / salary for the notice. 3. Management is very rude about the employees. 4. PF related issues, they do not even deposit your PF on time, they have received notices from PF organization for not depositing the employee PF's. 5. They do not even pay your bonus (They never paid my 2 years bonus to me). 6....Read More
