A great place to work. Organization culture and awesome colleagues are the key points, why I enjoying everyday work here at Mobio Solutions. The organization is always support & motivate us to learn new things and go beyond our limits to achieve the goals. Activities organized by the company which is very helpful to employees: - > Presentations by employes to improve speaking skills -> Tech fest -> Birthday & Festival celebrations -> Orgazine external session to improve soft skills & leadership skills -> Owners takes sessions & share their industry experiences Most important is the company's owner's experience in the IT Profession. As a Lead, I am responsible for project execution. Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and desing the best product for them. Also, participate in other activities like Pre-sell / Technology Decisions & Learning path/ Development.

I really enjoyed my 1year and 6 month as professional career. This is my first service based company. I really leans a lot from there. The way they built the culture of the company i font think anybody other can develop the same culture in environment.

Sometimes not working in queue. Getting wait for confirmation.

Company atmosphere is good, Inspire employee to learn new things, arrange meetup in company and organize session of skill development within company.

Dislikes

If project is not there and if they feel you are not able to work in other technology rather then you are doing, you will have to find another job.
