This company's culture is the worst I have ever encountered in my career. Top management has no vision. New CEO is keen in savings his personal interest , sacrificing everyone else to achieve his goal. No growth, salary reduction, no learning, full of politics and no respect for employees. It has a reputed brand name due to the association with the India govt undertaking- MMTC. Nothing else really to highlight as positive.

Dislikes

Highly Political & toxic place with zero learning. Complete lack of culture, ethics & integrity. No vision for business growth. No credit given to merit or good performance. No action taken for poor ethics, behaviour across levels. Senior management has no Strategy for business growth or culture building. Unable to handle Covid19 situation sensitively or sensibly. Laying off to cut cost.
