Nothing to like about this company. No support to anyone in covid-19 rather there is lot of lay offs on immediate basis.

Working with this organisation was one of the worst experience of my life. This company is not at all employee centric and most of the higher management decisions are the result of politics by a specific group of old employees. In addition to this it's not necessary that you will be serving notice period and moving out of the company with respect because you can be thrown out of the company on immediate basis without giving any genuine reason. This has happened to many employees that too before and during Covid19 situation, which reflects the bad ethics of the company. Lastly there is no career growth in this company and due to this most of the people at junior/mid level are sitting at the same position for more than 5-7 years and they are not given opportunity to apply in different teams.
