- MMTC-PAMP, unfortunately, faces significant challenges in its work culture, creating a concerning environment for employees. The predominant focus on internal politics and favoritism has led to a detrimental atmosphere where survival often hinges on aligning with top management, irrespective of one's professional skills. - The apparent lack of industry knowledge among some top management members is disheartening. Their singular emphasis on sales, even resorting to questionable practices, raises ethical concerns. This approach compromises the integrity of the work culture and undermines the company's overall reputation. - Balancing the dynamics between B2B and B2C markets seems to be an overlooked aspect, indicating a fundamental gap in strategic understanding. This oversight can have detrimental effects on the company's long-term sustainability and growth. The absence of work ethics and a commitment deficit toward business partners is a major red flag. Pricing hike every month .

Dislikes

Presure on sales team. Sales team is one man army with 50K salary and have to fight for refund of expense . Last 1 year my 15,000 /- not cleared due to 15th Aug I submitted the expense.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
