There is no career growth.im worked as a data entry operator in a banking process.salary package was too low.and also if you work 1yr they will give you a 6months experience certificate only.and also management was too poor.dont start your career there it's my humble request.there is no salary increment.and target pressure too if you didn't complete your target you will be work after your shift timing also....Read More

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2).
