They gave only 10000 as monthly..6 months agreement you have to handover the certificate Post completion of 6 months they gave certificate..work culture is very bad..company policies are very bad they didn't care about employees..worst management they forced employees to work 13 hours a Day..no proper cafeteria..nothing will there..

Nothing simply waste..they didn't gave relieving letter if you came early with in the 1 year waste of time to work.

job seurity is there based on team,work culture is also good but not that much and company policies are also now changed, that is not good

job training is not there for most of the teams.salary is not sufficient compared to work,no apparisals even 2 years also completed in work but have to learn lot about banking terminolgies

I joined as a fresher in mmc Infotech they given me the best basement for my carrier for an year I worked with but now I need to resign my job for my higher studies so after finishing my post-graduation I would like to join with them
Friendly atmosphere is the best thing we could see over there
And I need to say this that the peer Mohamed sir he was an inspiration for me

I can't able to say any dislike bcoz it was as that of my family I miss them all

Mmc is a company where ladies can work with securely and freely. That environment is very nice. And managers r very friendly. But the bad thing is less package and very very poor increment. Otherwise working experience is nice.
