They told that there is lot of technical knowledge we can learn from this company, but the reality ia there is nothig to learn. You have to do the energy sales which is 10 times costlier than the conventional energy. There is nothing to learn about technology.

This company has incentives system on each & every employees. But when their own target can't achieve... Then directly deduction from salary... Not deduct the incentive amount.
