Worked here for 3 months. 1. Salary structure and benefits are good. 2. The company is more reliable for employment. 3. No issues with leave management. 4. More scope for career expansion.

1. Salary date is 6th of each month, which is little late. Employees who have loan EMIs before salary date will definitely affect this. 2. Management should look into work satisfaction of the employees.

I am working with MITS last 6 months ,Really awesome company to work and great opportunity. I am having a great experience working for them. Their processes are transparent. Salary is on time. The HR staff is very helpful. The company supports the employees at all times.
