Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Poor work culture. Treat you like daily wages worker. Want to suck out every ounce of energy from you from 9 to 5. All Saturday working. 22-24 work load. Not even cooler is provided to faculties, forget about AC. No lab staff in labs, no clerical staff. All time you are under cameras. No free lecture to students. All the lectures study only 6x6.

Appreciable efforts have been made in most of the fields of academics. Management spends reasonable amount on various activities to improve image of the institute. The result is pleasing number of admissions take place.

Dislikes

Institute is just not justified in award of internal marks to students. Marks awarded to students are more than 80% in general. As a result there is no motivation to students to work hard. This spoils university result of students.
