I was just surfing and came across this website and was pleasantly surprise by the reviews by some anonymous people. I am currently working in this institution for the last 9 years, for all of us Mitra is like our own, we all are treated more than a family here. The management is extremely kind, and takes care of all their employe es from the Support staff to the Heads of Institution. I had resigned after working for two years as I needed to take break in career and then rejoined here as I liked the work atmosphere at Mitra. My relieving was very smooth, and I was welcomed back again without even an interview. The reviews posted are misleading and completely opposite of the culture and ethos of the School. I am guessing, these staff would have left the school middle of the academic year abruptly, without serving the notice period and may have been troubled for leaving the students at bay in the middle of the academic year after agreeing to serve the school for the entire year. There is no form of bond anyone needs to sign from my experience of 9 years, it is only a continuation letter, which every employee must sign and give their consent that they will be continuing for the next academic year. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They seize your original documents and makes us sign bonds if we are unable to work as per their bond they make you pay for your own certificates and if you fail to pay them,they retain our original documents with them. Admin department stop answering your calls an d they don't bother to even reply to your mails. I don't recommend this place for any one....Read More

Working environment is pathetic here. No work ethics, teachers are not dealt professionally. Extreme work pressure, unrealistic work expectations, needless documentation and paperwork. Unprofessional behavior in the work place. Leaders use offensive and abusive language. Even though you complain to higher authorities it doesn't work in any way. There is no work and life balance concept, you will loose your mental peace here. Resigning is also not a easy task, they will make your life miserable. Not a good place to work. As the name suggests, Mitra provides a friendly environment. People at Mitra are always bursting with energy and enthusiasm which can be pretty contagious. I loved working as a kindergarten teacher and later as the kindergarten team leader. My growth from a teacher to the position of a team leader was an exciting one. Employees get an opportunity to prove themselves and earn due recognition for their work. Earned a lot of love and respect from colleagues and appreciation from my leaders and Heads. It has been a memorable journey. I completed the academic year and could not continue to render my services as I was moving out of Bengaluru. I would like to share value my relationship with Mitra Academy which was for more than 13+ years and it was a very positive experience for me as a Teacher and as a parent. I can say it has been a trusted partner for both my child and myself. I don't have any regrets of working at Mitra Academy for past 13+ years. I was a parent teac her at Mitra, actually a proud Parent, as my child was a topper in her 10th ICSE Board exams. This school Mitra Academy has provided thousands of children education not only for the sake of it but education for life. I would say " The best teacher always continues to learn and grow". This principle is followed right from our CEO Mr. Tanveer who inspires us and who will never get tired of teaching new methodologies to implement, new technology to make teaching innovative and interesting, whose initiative that was started many years ago has groomed not only students' lives but also the teachers' lives. It is the friendship that blossoms at Mitra right from the entrance of the gate, at the reception, in the lift, and in the corridors of Mitra, which will indeed be carried by the teachers into the classrooms to deliver the lessons with added values. The school has way beyond exceeded our expectations.
