My last company is Metallurgical based company, as my qualification related to that I was happy about that. And I joined when company was in inception. So I was fortunate to see growth of the company physically. Lot of learning happened on commissioning of the small & large equipment. Got interaction with foreign engineers & technicians on various aspect of performance. Got opportunity to go abroad to U S A & Britain for inspection of equipment. I had free hand to work & take decisions. We had good set of colleagues with same mind set of building our company. Totally corrupt free atmosphere. People around in India come to get testing results from us, mentioning most dependable technical testing results. I feel very proud about that than anything else. Work on ethics. Some of the products are unique. Example : Maraging 250 steel is world's class steel. Used for space & defence application in huge quantity supplied by our company. As I am not advertising type man. I take the full responsibility of the job. I face the problems & solve myself. Higher up thinks that I am not working. Normally some persons pose the problem as if it can not solved by anybody except himself. So he poses & solves. This type of attitude advantage for easy higher ups. They measure on words, and referred man shall be benefited. As per me great persons never advertises, as it is not his trait. Only intelligent higher ups make out. Next fixed office hours I didn't like. Instead of total hours per week more appropriate with work schedule. At higher grades during end of my carrier we/I had the responsibility but no resource. Because of that I was under total pressure, so force to work 14 hrs to 18 hrs a day by doing all type of job. This is unforgettable. Responsibility with resource is recommended....Read More

Work Details

Initially as I am a technical man established creep testing lab which is unique in India with a . battery of 50 creep testing machines. Became authorised signatory for supplying aeronautical m/ls to defence sectors

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
