Top management is really good and cooperative, people actually see the hardwork of a candidate.

Politics is really really worst. Insecure departmental heads atleast in my case. Just try to supress you as much as they can, showing them knowledgeable and others as dumb but actually scenario is reverse and that's what cause them to be insecure from their colleagues.
