We have social and team building events here. Such an event is conducted to allows employees to interact and work together with coordination. Everyone in here participates excitedly, and this is something worth appreciating here. These events have always encouraged us to bring up good team coordination skills, leadership qualities and most importantly has evolved us in growing social abilities.

Employee engagement activities are conducted here for the employees. Among these activities, we have brainstorming and suggestion sessions, rewards, Social & Team building events and few more. Due to the company initiative in terms of CSR activity, we get to be a part of social initiatives in one way or the other. The company believes in giving it back to the society. It is feel good thing for me atleast. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
