Nothing to like ,just a name that you work under MoL&E. If name matters to you you can join. otherwise pathetic experience.

50K salary just for name ,bcoz it cuts 10% as TDS. so paid only 45K even on 1500 TA will be deducted.1350 will be paid. lots of task to do.. as Targets. that you have to achieve otherwise you will be fired, so better to choose pvt sector where if you get you target at least you get incentives ,bonus appraisal etc. no one to guide you but everyone wants result from you. no one support you but expecting like you will do all task of the center . you are a contractual employee but you have more burden and tasks to do. and questions will be asked only from you not from regular employee. there is very less chance you will get you desired location or home town. also less chance of transfer. Over all, lots of tasks & pressure and earning is just 45K .. and since 4 yr experience is mandatory so I personally suggest to join pvt sector at least you get promotion after time and also hike on salary. note : these are my personal experience and personal thought sharing to help jobless guys.. this is good for those who have no other option . otherwise ignore it....Read More
