I have been working in Maldives since 2006 may 1st.I worked in many schools in two I produced v good O' level results and one top ten also in 2015 with the co option of school management. At present I am working in Maalhos to 8,6,5grades English teacher. I don't know any pf or increments in salary.

Everything is going well. Regarding the house or room facilities if you could provide better facilities it could be comfortable to work more efficiently in the school. I feel with poor facilities we r adjusting.

Teaching in Maldives is a great challenge and the progress depends upon the co operation of the students, parents and the facilities provided,that adds more to the teachers' work. Otherwise teacher alone toiling much will not be effective.

It's a good place to live, very calm and beautiful place.The work place will be an island,so no need to spend time for traveling to reach office.

Traveling to main city male and abroad from Islands are difficult.It depends upon whether, because it mostly water transport like boat services.

Its good if you have notjing else to do. Even its a country the cooperation and behaviour of peaople are entirely different islands to islands. Everything depends on to which island you are posted.
