Management wasn't transparent. Sad to see, lot of immaturity in the senior leadership. Quite a few of them was arrogant and insecure about their abilities. Leadership should be earned and not handed over (which you see happening there) There should be a clear process breakdown to simple task and job. Most of the tenured folks were multi-skilled and were asked to perform jobs that are complex which made them indispensible. Senior Leaders had no clue what to do with them. There are other leaders who are kind and compassionate, but it is not of any help. HR do not know their job!...Read More
