Work and culture was good. Team mates and office member are very supportive. Company Policy was good fexible timing.

Dislikes

Teammates --> We good teammates i am very fortunate to work with them. Training -->Training was ok. Job Security --> IF you don't have dependency and performance is also low then they might get you out. Career growth --> was good learn lot of things. Salary Appraisel --> will be depend on your Dependency on Project</mark>. Politics --> The one who bracks will get more credit. Work Enironment--> was good. Work Life balance --> was terrible some times need to works on National Holiday NOTE :: Kindly confirm whether which technology or frame work you are going to get assign whether it is old or new ..?? Don't come in mindcraft Mumbai, all projects are struts based in production phase,no development work,there you sit only getting bore..... In mindcraft there is no job guarantee.they are client based only. They people provide 2 interview only at client site in 3 months.if you not selected they will fire you within 3 months. I am also victim from then I am jobless searching other job,all company asking why you leave this company in 3 months. There is no increment,bonus. Salary is not given on time.first salary I got after 2 months. Worst company of the world...Read More

No KT,no projects,they will send at client site,if not selected in 2 interview they will fire you, they will not give you 1 day time and become jobless. No new job you got early in software company

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
