Good work environment and culture the management is little transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was huge politics in the department. I learnt every thing on the job. I got a chance to visit abroad for benchmarking
