Minda Furukawa have very much politics and very bad culture, HOD’s mentally tourcher there colleagues and company servive in the market for last seven years there is no business in MFE and no software for designing, even company haven’t there R&D. They give 3 to 4 percent yearly increment.HR department behaviour is not good,and the person stuck when they resign the company.its very toxic calture in every department, I suggest all people those who got a call from Minda Furukawa please don’t join the organisation....Read More
