Got in depth learning on reviewing various contracts and some of the colleagues were supportive.

There is micro management, some of the managers are unprofessional. Joining here is having no benefits. Salary is never on time and is mostly after 10th of every month. No such minimum benefits like insurance or medical facility is provided with the CTC. And the HR always seeks to hire such people who doesn't demand hike and usuallythey hire people with less salary. The attrition rate in this company is very high. Most likely people leave this company within 6 months or 1 year. I advise all the lawyers to think thrice before joining this company....Read More
