Good work experience with good culture and also having friendly colleagues and seniors which allows me to gain and learn new work ethics as well.

Terrible work culture and pressure. 12-14hrs work everyday and also on holidays with zero appreciations. No incentive, bonus. Lot of unnecessary SOP have to be followed which has zero productivity.

It's decent there is not much faculty available there and not good insentive and party culture there there is everything fine if your team or boss is good nothing you have to take too much load just focus on your own else is good.
