Everything is good but work -life balance is too difficult. Coz it is Dairy company 24 hour live in the market is mandatory if you want to sustain for a longer period of time. No time for family and personal life. Here daily closing and daily indent with payment must what other employees company doing their hard in in a year we are doing same work within 3 month

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
