I Feel so fortunate to have a job at Miles Education that i thoroughly enjoy, and how much i feel secure here. As a single parent and having a daughter i had so many hurdles along the way. Every time i was going through a downtime in my life i got so much support from the team and the management. I got the push and support that helped me excel. There is no hierarchy at Miles, i was able to reach out to Varun and Ravi at any time. Having the opportunity to approach the senior management is something rarely seen in our industry. The enthusiasm and support makes it a pleasure to come to work. Thank You. Being noticed for a job well done is both gratifying and validating. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
