Compensation is good but the growth is stable after some years of experience. The work load is fluctuating. The management oversee the potential of employees.

My work is slightly repetitive but it is challenging as well in terms of logistics planning according to different requirements of clients. I get chance to travel abroad in order to understand the project based requirements of clients a few times.
