I didn't work here , but i got opportunities to attend interview here multiple times , First time i attended interview , rest times i rejected the interview call offers I hereby describing my experience about the interview , First round was written technical questions 2nd round was tool test( inventor or solidworks as per our choi ce) 3rd round was horrible with MD , who doesn't have a sense of how to talk in proffessional manner. He behaviour was rude , harrasing nature ,and i felt like it will be a hell even if i got a oppurtunity to work here I would like to tell you that , my friends and my present collegues at my new company has felt same experience when i spoke them about my interview experience In additional , it is in remote area and i felt company aestitic infrastructure also doesn't felt in MNC standard So if you ask my opinion, i will suggest from my bottom of the heart , if you are looking as a Mechanical design engineer post , pls don't even attend the interview bcoz of that MD it will be a hell . If you are doing fine with your assigned job, you have a secured Job here. Very less office politics. Management are helpful.

You won't be promoted to new roles. So u may feel stagnated.
