This company culture is very odd. In this company there is not any increament and HR policy is also fake. When I join this organization HR told me about PF but in my salary slip PF is not Maintioned. After discussion HR told me to give double salary in the end of year. But company Branc h Manager leave me out of the company with out any Notice.And after 3 months to resign my position any one even HR side did not communicate with me for my full & final sattelment. For my side this company is a big brand but for management side it's very rude....Read More
