Micron electricals is run by a pioneer in the industry and is ably assisted by his bright children. They are a highly respected electrical contractor and quickly growing as a full fledged electromechanical contractors. They have a couple of sister concerns too which is related to the electrical contracting business. There is a wonderful mix of youth and experience and provides employment to a lot of people especially local population. Lot of women are also employed. Employees are also taken care of very well. They are provided with good south indian lunch and 2 times coffee to their work desks. Only thing which a lot of bright young talent may dislike is that they work 6 days a week and full days. There is a lot less holidays offered to employees and there is still the factory atmosphere where employees are treated like workers. This is definitely not the place for the party crowd of gen z and millenials but they would bewell served if they work very hard in the initial years of their careers. Lots to learn here....Read More
