Non educated 10th pass project leader and program managers. No reasoning ability. They offer 7,500 rs/month to freshers. Always asking there current employees to take needy candidate to join company so they can set salary.

If you deploy on project site than there is no work life balance, no proper training given by company but it has been given by your team mates ir team leader only, salary and appraisal is very low, travel expenses also given very low, like 110 rs per day for food.
