My immediate manager had a good understanding and was professional. Quality of products is exceptionally good.

List of dislikes is long. 1. Toxic culture. You have to meet impractical numbers each month any how. Any how means dumping goods to distributor, appoint a new distributor. 2. Riyazuddin Khan Faridi. This person is CEO of company. He lacks basic understanding of how to talk to employees. Either employees are baggage for him or he is not raised properly by his parents. 3. Quarter meetings. These kind of meetings are arranges every 3 months and are specially to humiliate all ZSMs and AGMs. These are Riyazuddin's actual words. If you are unfortunate, you will end up getting job in Microgen. And you will have to laugh on this forcefully along with others. 4. Distribution. Riyazuddin Faridi's brother handles company godownat Indore to supply in all distributors in India and he works at his will. So if you place order,pray to God that you can get delivery on time. if not, you can't even complain. 5. Upon joining, all distributors in India will warn you about company culture. 6. There are no skill development programs. 7. No work life balance. 8. Salary deposition will always be a question mark. 10. No job security. 11. It's not a company, It's a scam. First they hire you for B to B business Development of pharma company, but after joining they tell you to sell our toilet cleaning product at door to door. In last 2 year they can not sell single unit. There yearly revenue is around 22,000 for cleaning solution. Which is horrible. They don't even have their customer data. One Manager their is join as reference not have any experience of team handling. And selling also.
