Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Who are working from home like housewife and girls ...they will not get proper training system and meetings .. so must improve this in the company and give them proper guidance of the work through company meetings .
