MG WORLD VISION SCHOOL IS RUN BY THE MOST UNETHICAL PEOPLE IN THE EDUCATION INDUSTRY.THEY GAVE ME A 3 YEAR CONTRACT AND forced ME TO RESIGN . I Would not recommend this school to even my enemies.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

I love the fact that it is an organisation with both head and heart . It's a charitable trust which has come forward to provide quality education to students of Muzzaffarnagar a district where by and large the education standard has been rather old school and rote. The promoters have made no compromises in the appointment of staff to deliver quality.The staff is considered an asset and I as a principal have been given complete free hand at work.
