My experience observation till now last 3 years there is no increment & allowance provide employees , Last one &one site 3 to 4 employees resign they job company not considered employees life jobs, Mfar construction is Big grateful company and client handing over satisfaction good building completed good tacking next project good but employees career and job salary management 0% ,, lot of time employees ask they are not helping as, what ever PL & GM say project completed will consider but last 3 project completed but they are not given correct salary and increment, PL say to job job they looking they job only not under staff and employees, they want only human machine only not considered employees life , And corona virus time 20% salary cutting overall all 6 mounth but till now not create employees account, last 2 year EL money not create, they are not given EL & co level , what ever ask fo job job...Read More
