It took almost 6 months to get my F&F after leaving this company. HR department is horrible here. They forgot that they have a pending F&F to give, it was only when I called them up for mine. HR manager is a horrible woman, unethical, unprofessional and often takes U turns from her own words saying I didn't promise you anything, if she earlier promised to do something. She, along with the marketing head takes central position in making this company a political hub as they both planned to get MD of the company to be thrown out. Ironically, MD brought team to this company. Everyone knows each other from previous company. HR manager's junior has reached the pinnacle of dumbness! She is often found getting scolded again and again from everyone as she forgets everything easily, even if you've talked about something 2 minutes ago. She is lazy and when you would talk to her you would feel like she is not getting it. Like her boss, she is also an expert in taking U turns from her own words since she forgets easily and will tend to blame you at the end for her mistake. For instance, she didn't hand me over my confirmation letter after 6 months and when I asked she started blaming that she gave me and I lost it. To that I asked her you must have kept a record of who has got the letter and who hasn't, to which she said she is maintaining. I asked her can you show a record of when did you give me my confirmation letter. As I was sure she wasn't, she got scolded for that also. HR doesn't provide you salary slips and when you ask them to make it, they will make n number of mistakes while making it that you will end up cursing them again. It took HR people 5 attempts to make a proper experience letter. Also they work with their eyes closed and often blame others for their own mistakes. There is no healthy work culture in the company. Limited products resulting in low turnovers and hence not an aggressive brand, limited opportunity to grow in sales since it's a flat organisation, powers are not decentralised all decisions taken by VP- Sales to the level of micro managing the entire sales operations. Annual sales meets done on Google meet, no personal contacts.
