Even though this is good organisation there are few things they are not good at especially at procurement and stores part . Lot to improve . In Bangalore MD he is doctor with less management skill , He is one who will trouble you with his impulsiveness and very difficult to make him understand the things he dont understand . There is no assurance of a Job for a person when he/she can be terminated from organization. Because, it has already been happened where many old staff have been terminated from company without any reason. Being a company, this thing needs to be improved because it is very important thing for a person.
