1.No Career Prospects ( We still have people who have worked for 30 years, 25 years 15 years etc without a promotion and salary as less as 15k per month. Everyone knows that there has been no increment since the last 4 years 2.No Employee Respect ( Literally anyone can abuse u, it's more like lalaji ya panvari ka dukaan). People whohave worked for decades have their own nexus with their bosses and is a cultivating ground for gossips 3.No Over Time(On an average, we have to give additional 1-2 hours each day and we work 15 hours on a stretch during last days of the month for peanuts and i mean literally, not a single penny is paid 4.No Celebrations:- Company has ultra cheap mentality and looks out to save penny such that they don't even hang Diwali lights even on the last day of Diwali. Don't even think about throwing Diwali celebrations. They revoked the habit of giving gift cards a day prior to Diwali which has been followed for so many years as they don't give any other gifts. For the past 2 years, we come on choti diwali by wearing our formal attires and return home without getting wishes even from co workers as all are pissed. In our lane so many buildings stand tall all decorated with diwali lights on chotti diwali but our company is the only exception for the past 6 years.. 5. Horrible Work Culture:- Sales team gets gruelled and are threatened on a daily basis and there's no stopping to using the desi abuses by the managers and VPs. Even in the office we get panic attacks by hearing those words and shouting. Environment is such that one feels like they are working at MTV roadies hosted by Raghu and Rajeev... Literally! 6. No gender equality:- There are 3-4 female employees over the age of 45 years that's it. 7. Cleanliness: Though the building looks good but the washrooms are poorly kept in order. The stench from the uriners will literally squash the nostrills. A word of advice..Never kill ur career by joining here.....Read More

I have no other option other than to work 1-2 hrs for free despite giving my 8 hours and on last few days of the month, I have to give 14 hrs in a stretch.. No increment since 4 years, no other job opp. as the exp here doesn't

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
