I like teammates in quality department. It is good company for improvement of skills, self confidence, attitude, practical knowledge, work management, customer handling, documentations, etc.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

This company is not good for long life work period. Bad policies for growth of employees. Working system is not good in metlonics industries. Shifting time is not fixed

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
