No limit on number of breaks you take, lean days are there. Incentive is now given on yearly basis that is 10% of fixed salary. Yearly appraisals are given between 5-10%. Other benefits are there such as token amounts on occasions such as marriage anniversary(2k Amazon voucher), birthdays(4k Amazon voucher), Sodexo voucher(1k) is given if awarded for exceptional performance.
