that company manufactured solar structure as well as safety products i.e.metal crash barrier,noise barrier products.i got 3.5 year work experience in production department as a production engineer.

Dislikes

orders are not a long time and growth also slow.so,that job not a permanent to secure our future life.

Work Details

all working conditions are really very good.we learn total things regarding to all departments very freely.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. Good thing that no pressure. Management does not interfere in day to day activities as they dont have money to pay salaries. No teamates as staff is minimum. You are the GM you are also your assistant. Rajaram director is busy in eating companies money.

Dislikes

No salary for six months. COO siphoning money from the company. Left the company bleeding.

Fracasso could not execute any orders as they dont have any money. We used to take orders but the company failed to execute.
