We all are one is the motto of Metallic bellows,I have worked in incoming , part & Final inspection level. Travelled in most of the places domestically to visit the companies regarding quality issues and rectified.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but no growth as professionally. The work pressure is too high.Sometimes the management regrets teamwork.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
