Work Details

I worked in Meritor for more then 8 years, work is good, we had very good colleagues. Manager should learn how to handle their employees. As compare to other companies our Meritor is good.

Casteism!! Majority of managers belongs to one particular caste and very difficult to find growth if you don't belong to that caste. Not a happy environment.
