Career growth is not much as they provide average skill development program. The team is supportive. It's a good company as it is under fortune 500. But the setup in India is not as expected.

The management is not transparent. There is lot of bias among the team. Micro management by some managers is practiced. Demotivation of the working group. HR is not supporting the working group. Unable to focus on work. No extra activities were provided like team outing or team building activities were nil.
