I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Some team mates were helpful. Situated near the station, travel was easy. Thankfully, no politics.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Not good for creativity, very dull atmosphere, too much profanity. Definitely not a place for women. Salaries are never given on time. Seniors were very insensitive on several occasions.
