Despite dedicated service for over four years, there is declaring lack of recognition for loyalty. Employees are asked to resign based on their convenience, completely disregard the service and commitment they shown all through these years. no work life balance, no management. When you are on leave or there is public holiday then you have to do login as well. No good appraisal, no recognition Not a employee centric organization. Overall not such a good experience.

Tech team is very good and the senior team members are very supportive. You have free hand to suggest something new for the enhancement. Company policies like medical benefits and leave policies are good. You don't need to worry about job security because you will not be put in Performance Improvement Plan ever. Salary compensations are not good. Their appraisal pattern is not good now as it used to be earlier. Management leaders are not capable enough to resolve the employee concerns.They don't take the responsibility of the thing going wrong but put the things on the parent company which is Mercer.Everything wrong happens with the employee in the name of Mercer policies and senior management staff blames the Mercer for this and don't do anything</mark>. job security is good and work life balance can be attained here, if you have good clients. Tools made by the organisation to work on are really helpful in getting the work done quickly.

Dislikes

The company politics is the worst. They don't support their employees and their well-being financially and mentally. Senior employees harass junior or freshers and management don't take action upon it and encourages that behaviour by their negligence. Freshers have to sign bonds.
